My Canon FS400 won't read my sd card

it says "cannot record movies on this memory card". I used a card reader and changed some .MODs to .MPGs to view them. Then I took those .MODs off to store them. How do I fix/format/etc. the sd card so I can record footage again?

If you have a slow memory card you may get that message.

Make sure you have a class 10 speed one. If the card worked before, just format it in the camera again.
