Solved! my laptop battery is bum. it say 0% but still operating normally

before this when i switch on the laptop (hp notebook) it say that the battery is 100% but 6 minute remaining. while i was doing my work, suddenly it shut down. when i switch it on, it say error battery or something but then automatically resume itself afterward. but then, the battery notify me 0% yet right now while i am typing, i can still use it. what should i do? or is it ok if i just left it that way?

Sounds like it is time to get a new battery.
