My laptop just turned off

Hello,
i have a months old lenovo laptop and a fan, when i first use the fan, it worked for like 5 mins. and then stop working.
the led still lights up but now it doesnt really work at all.
i went to the store where i bought it and they said it was working perfectly and nothings wrong with it.and their not sure why it isnt working with my laptop.
and one more thing, while i was surfing the net, my laptop just stop working for 5 secs. and the taskbar at the bottom disappeared. so i turned it off
so whats wrong woth it?

If it is only a month old, their tech support will help you there. The fix could be a simple bios update or a complete replacement of the mobo. Contact lenovo and arrange for diagnostic through the phone or a return repair/replacement.
