My RCA tablet won't Charge!!!!

Well I was just using my tablet then it restarted by itself (RCA Voyager) like always it just went on to the RCA screen and kept repeating over and over, so I just let my tablet run out battery. So after I tried to charge it R.I.P my Voyager it stayed on the charging screen without moving it supposed to be moving up and down but nothing I even took it apart WHAT CAN I DO!?!?!?!?

It is also just 1!!! week old

Maybe it's time I should get a new tablet Wait no, I paid 50 bucks for that RCA crap but I still want to fix it

I have the same problem except mine goes to charge shows battery then cuts off
