My sumamsung galaxy SD card cant be read by my s4 or anyother devices i tried.. i formatted by ph but still it camt be read... what should i do?

May just be a busted SD card. Not exactly an uncommon thing, just gotta get a new one.

He is worng there is defective hardware in the phone i have bought 4 sd cards 32 gb and every one has failed its the phone its self.

Have you ever found a solution Debra? I'm having the same problem with my s4. It was working fine for over 4 months, then all of a sudden it says my sd card is blank or needs to be formatted. If you have found a solution, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks
