My Tablet won't boot or charge

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 SM-T210R, and it has been charging for days. I can turn it on by the power+volume up buttons, but not the factory reset one. It cannot boot past the logo.

Have you contacted Samsung, sounds like a hardware problem
