need blind guidance tosh satt pro

Need to enter bios with smashed screen to set boot to cd.

So then I can begin to restore new windows.

The problem is external monitor kicks in after boot and I don't know password and it is seemingly impossible to have the monitor work from power up.

What are you using to connect to the external display? DSUB/VGA, DVI, HDMI?

Tried VGA hdmi both same

Darn, I was going to suggest VGA because on my computer it allows me to see the BIOS post and BIOS interface when using VGA but not with HDMI.
