NetZero wireless outgoing mail server settings in Outlook

Hello, I have a NetZero E-mail account using Outlook 2000. I recently switched from dial-up to wireless internet access using Optimum WiFi and a router. Now I can only receieve E-mail but cannot send. I know it has something to do with the outgoing server settings, because I keep getting a message that says: Cannot connect to SMTP.netzero.com server.
