Panasonic CF-R6

Hi All
I have a problem, who doesn't, anyway it is a Lap Top Panasonic CF-R6. I bought it on one of my trips to Japan. I could not resist it at the time as it only weighed 999grms. It served me well travelling.
Problem, I changed about a year ago.
Now I have decided to use it again for short trips because of weight, it and me.
I forget the Bios Password at Start Up
To make it worse, to keep weight down there was no CD Drive in it.
So can Anybody Help?
I have read about taking it apart to get at an internal battery, my finger skills will leave me picking bits up for months.
I did note that it uses Phoenix Technology if that helps.

You need to go to a Panasonic store to reset the password. Also, how were you able to use the Panasonic? Aren't laptops sold in Japan equipped with Japanese keyboards?

The Keyboard has Japanese and qwerty Keyboard.
