phone Continuously on and off

hi everyone... I really really need your help.. my phone keeps on turning on and off whenever I place my battery.. When I place my bat, it shows the alcatel logo and then turn off then shows again the logo then off.. then it repeats until i remove the battery.. my phone is alcatel one touch pop C5 ... pls I really really need your help.. and by the way,. its rooted

so it happen right after your rooted it, or it works for a while since your rooted it?
