Pop Filter / Windshields Needed for Sennheiser PC 363D Headset Microphone

I'm trying to find a pop filter/windshield that will fit the microphone on the above headset, preferably from a UK website. Does anyone know a link to where I can find these?

Also please don't say "make your own".
