i know it's Complicated and there is lot of people told me replace the board , but i think if we couldn't fix the Complicated problem's , we will not be Eligible to be Professional , , i believe that if found the beginning i will repaire it , my problem now is that i can't found any datasheet , maybe can make a bridge from the responsible ic , and clean the Burned area from the tin , maybe help ,, any way thank you for your replay , and for your time .. :)

a site called laptopdesktopschematic has a subscription service to download schematics including some Lenovo (which, at $7.50 per download is reasonably priced IMO). Check to make sure they have the schematic for your model before subscribing. I have never used that site so am unable to comment on whether their schematics are complete or useful even.
Subscriptions plans here http://www.laptopdesktopschematic.com/component/acctexp/?task=subscribe
Schematics lists here http://www.laptopdesktopschematic.com/downloads/cat_view/4--motherboard-schematic-diagram/13-lenovo-motherboard-schematic-diagram.html
Good luck

P.S. If you do use that download subscription service, let me know how it goes... it may be helpful in the future

I checked out a few other sites that claim to have schematics but all I found were service manuals (which aren't at all helpful in this case)
I know back in the IBM ThinkPad days a subscription to schematics could be had from IBM for a (hefty) fee but I can't see where they are available at all from Lenovo themselves.
I think one of the issues affecting that is PC's are looked at more as a disposable commodity now - something goes wrong, toss the whole thing and replace it seems to be the mantra these days
