Problems loading Google Chrome settings

Google chrome does not load settings. The page opens, but only appears are the following words: Chrome, History, Extensions. Settings, About, and Search settings. What can I do to solve this issue?

Try updating it to the latest version:

Open Chrome.

Click on the Tools icon (three bars at top-right) and choose "About Google Chrome".

Now it should check for the latest version & automatically install it.
Restart Chrome when prompted.
