Ok... so this probably seems like a really dumb question, but I want to make sure everything is fine with my pc case. When I go to plug in my headphone jack into the jack, it doesn't seem to go in all the way. I try to force it in, but it seems to get stuck and wont budge at all. This is the first pc i've built on my own so I dont want to break anything.

Here's pics of the audio port.

Headphone uses a standard 3.5 mm jack.

Is this normal for this case?

Also, audio quality for this port seems to be pretty terrible overall, sounds very tinny and the left side of the headphone is barely audiable at all.

I'll recommend using the motherboard sound ports (at the back of the PC) if at all possible. There is a lot of electrical noise going on inside the PC and the cable going from the motherboard to the front panel picks up that noise and delivers it to you (even if you didn't want it) - see how that plug works in the back of the PC.
