My now ex husband when we were still together he set up a new password for my Gmail and he used his # and his email address as the recovery info to my account. I somehow accidentally did a factory reset to my phone yesterday and now I'm unable to get back into my phone due to not knowing my password and not being able to have access to either recovery option... So I now have no phone to use in case of emergency.
