Save Lotus Notes Address Book

Hello,
I would like to save/export my Lotus Notes based address book into any MS type file. I cannot install any third party software to accomplish this.

It's an age since I last did anything with Lotus Notes but I am 99% certain you can export as a Tab Separated file and that can then be imported into Outlook or into Excel or Word if you are just wanting to work with the data.

hi , i already frustrate like u ..i was unable to get my notes address book to my personal PC... after few days my friend told me about this tool..i use and i got my complete list from Notes address book to excel very easily ..it is very useful link (http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Transfer-Lotus-Notes-f163b0c1) it may help you.
