Software or app to design a pc case?

Good Evening everyone,

I have some sketches for a custom pc case and would like to make an actual 3d rendering of it. I am not sure as to where to begin to search for software to achieve this. I am looking for something simple to use. I am not looking for an uber expensive solution as this is just for fun to test the feasibility of a specific layout in 3d. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience in doing this?

Free trial, and $200 if can get an edu license.

Thank you for the links. I will look into them when I leave work this evening. I am sure I will find plenty of tutorials on youtube for the basics of whichever one I go with.
