Solved: HP Mini -110-1125 won't boot

I've replaced the motherboard, the DC jack/battery charger board and those 2 parts did not change how the laptop acts. When the power button is pressed the hard drive spins, the fan does not spin and the screen back light comes on. I have 19 volts out of the cord. I know the hard drive is good, I've had it in a different laptop.

Not really. One quick blink when I power, then another blink as the hard drive is spinning.

Try to look up Caps Lock blink code for your laptop. The blink code usually indicates whats wrong with it.

Just as an update. The laptop was booting all along. This issue is a first for me. Even though the back light comes on, there is no image on the screen. Thinking the screen was fine I installed it in a different laptop and deja vu. No boot. Same blank screen. A broken screen in the first laptop showed the laptop booting.
