Strange tab appeared on browser

A strange tab appeared when I opened Opera, it was really strange, the page was blank and the URL was IP numbers, then "/hello" and then random letters and numbers
What was that? am I being hacked?

don't open, click, or even look at it again.... Turn ur adblocker on in opera settings... And u should be fine..... Just don't click on anything they tell u to click ect....

Download and installed ZHPCleaner
Run it and do as it says.... its free and better than malwarebytes
