hi i have a problem with my tab 3 , it doesnt want to charge and also when i reset my settings i tried to tap my screen to do the setup it doesnt do anything... any1 can help me??

Did you try a different charger? If the screen is not responsive and it won't charge even with a known good charger and cable you could have a screen or system board issue. A bad screen can cause the system to basically lock up.
