Toshiba Sattelite L750 stuck in fastboot keyboard does not work(windows 7)

So my problem is pretty deep so it starts a one normal day.

(The keyboard on the laptop does not work except some buttons)I tried to turn on my laptop but it was very slow and after a while at the windows loading screen it would automatically into windows recovery and after trying to find a problem it would eventually hang.This was a continuos cycle.So we decided to take it a laptop repair guy.He was a bit dumb and turned on and entered bios and then decided to switch on fastboot. Now we cannot go into the bios in fastboot mode because the specific key is not working. Is there anyway to stop fastbooting.

Plug a keyboard into the usb port and see if you get lucky, plug it in before you turn it on
