Total trouble with OS booting

Hi.... I have the total big trouble with OS booting in Medion AKOYA S221x notebook. before this sh*t be all OK, but yesterday some how automatically on pc hardware be set Bitlocker. Ok, I all the files I deleted from hardware. And now the Problem, when I plug the flash drive(bootable usb with clean os) in the pc usb port and press power button, pc starts and I see the BOOT Menu, but when I select the bootable device, shes don't wanna run. Where is the very annoying problem ? Creating the bootable usb with RUFUS 2.9....secure boot option is disabled, authenticate user on boot option - disabled, but I see one strange thing on Secure boot configuration option (CertNames Win8 certificates). First OS on this notebook be win 8.1. So. please help me...
