Upgrade my Loptop GPU and Processor

Can i upgrade my loptop GPU and Processor?

-Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-6500U
-Memory: 12 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM
-Drive: 256GB M.2 SSD
-GPU:NVIDIA GeForce 940M (4GB) & Intel® HD Graphics 520

Can you tell me if it is possible to upgrade my loptop or should i buy a new motherboard for an upgrade or can i directly replace my Processor and GPU and replace it something better like GTX 960m please i need to know because some loptops same as i have here has the same model but different internal contains GTX 960M or higher i need to know if it uses a different Motherboard to run this kind of GPU because i really want to upgrade my loptop for better performance when i make an animation.

It's not feasible (either economically or physically) to upgrade the CPU and GPU on most laptops. You're better off selling what you have and buying another with the specs you need.

No, you cannot upgrade the CPU and the GPU. Both are soldered into the motherboard.

Some laptops have a removable CPU. But, do mind that opening up your laptop might void the warranty. GPUs are indeed soldered to your motherboard.

But all Intel "U" series CPUs (which the OP's laptop has) are soldered to the motherboard. By the same token, not all GPUs are soldered to the motherboard (but I'm sure the OP's is soldered).
