*URGENT*how to transfer apps from note 4 edge phone storage to SD card?

My note 4 edge phone memory storage is full and I wonder how to move all the documents or the necessary apps from phone memory to SD card using PC.

You can use an android app instead. Use AppManager3 for Android.
