USB transfer of Office 2007 to a windows 8 pc

I have an older Asus laptop which has Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 installed on it. Using Magical Jelly I can get the product key and CD Key however I do not have a cd for this. I want to copy the neccesary files onto USB and install it onto my newer Toshiba laptop which is windows 8 and has a preloaded Office 365 on it. The problem is that when i paste the file Microsoft Office onto my newer laptop there is no install or setup executable file. Any ideas how to fix this? Am i missing a folder from my Asus laptop. The folder on my Asus that I copied onto USB is simply named Microsoft Office.

copying files and folder will not work because the software is not registered with the OS. Windows would not know which supporting files to load/start.

only an install of the software will allow to create a working Office.

Having an Enterprise version of the office most probably mean that it is not genuine. So, either talk to your systems administrator (you are working for a big company, don't you), or find your original installation media.
