Videos from video camera not showing up on computer any more

Help! I have a Sony Exmore handycam; purchased in 2012. I have a 64GB SDXC memory card for it. It takes still shots while recording videos, and saves those photos, with the videos, to a folder with the date on it. I have never had a problem with it until recently. The last time I connected the USB to my PC to transfer the videos over, only the photos showed up, no videos. The USB cord is attached directly to the camcorder. I can navitage through the videos on the camcorder itself (they're all there), but nothing shows up on my computer. I removed the memory card and put it directly into the slot for it in my computer - same problem. I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10, so I thought that might be it. So today I brought my camcorder and external hard drive to work to try it on my PC there (which has not been updated, probably ever). I got the same problem!! No videos showing up in the file folder!! How can I get these videos off of my camera??

Try use the recovery software, like the " EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Free ' to recovery the photo and video. You may need the card reader too. And don't record anything on that handycam until you can recovery your photo and video.
