Switching from netflix to cable TV

On my remote, there is a "TV" button that takes me back to the TV anytime. On my other TV, there is a HOME button that invokes the Internet Apps, and if pressed a second time, also takes me back to TV.

Have you tried enough buttons? U won't break the TV, promise.

I do hit return to TV and that doesn't work.
