Why my lense canon 18-55 camera cant spin right to sarch a focus in mode AF

Do you mean it can't spin or can't focus in the AF mode? Or can you get more detail ?

If it can't focus but it can spin, then 1) The camera is too closed to the subject, the minimum distance is 9.8 in./0.25m. 2) In the low light situation. 3) Do you turn the switch to AF ?( it is on the side of the lens ) 4) You need call the service center because it is broken.

If it can't spin, you also need to call the service center.
