windoes not loading installer for battery

i just had a new battery installed but there is a pop up error message that shows windows could not load the installer for battery

That does not sound like a real message, is that exactly what it states? If you mean the computer tells you it can't detect the battery, it may be that you got a cheap battery that is not working.
