Ok i got windows 10 laptop this is the specs.
intel pentium cpu ( dont remember witch )
I know its not cpu falt i was monitoring is jus 70 % loaded when gaming ram is 92-94 ÷
4gb ram
Gt 920m 2gb
500gb hdd
768p screen
And when im playing Gta 5 im getting * like this can u please wath vid of gameplay and tell me do i have to add a ram or cooling pad ???

As for your laptop's problem:

Use Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Performance Monitor to observe what is happening in the laptop while you game.

It does appear that you have already done that to some extent. You just need to dig into the details more.

Overall, my thought is that the laptop is just not up to being a gaming system and even less so if there are other applications, etc. running in the background while you game.

Especially if one or more of them is either buggy or in conflict with something else.

Stop everything that is running, open one of the monitors, watch for awhile then game. Start adding back other...

@rgd1101 - Thanks. URL does appear as shown when I hovered. Did not think about it being shortened.

However, I must be getting overly paranoid - just had a really good fake email show up, supposedly from a family member, and almost bit...

Anyway the problem at hand seems to be the need for more RAM. Not sure what all else may be running in the background.

My thought would be to stop any other non-essential applications that are running and see if performance and/or RAM usage improves.
