Windows Vista & Canon 20D will not connect

I'm using EOS Utilities ver 9.1 and my camera won't connect with my pc (Vista). Utilities "stops working" message appears. Any help please? Thanks - Tim

Tim, welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Try updating the EOS Utility from within the software or from Canon's website. Also make sure that you have the Vista driver for the camera (it might autoload once the Utilities are updated).
