Acer One 14 blue light black screen

Theres blue light in the power which turned off after few seconds. Still black screen. Last time it was connected to the tv hdmi then i turned it off I am not sure if it was properly closed then when I turn the laptop again its only showing blue and black screen

Look at the Function keys on the top row of he keyboard. If there's an icon of a screen, press that key and if that doesn't fix it, try again but this time, hold down the Fn key (somewhere to the left of the spacebar) and the two together might do the trick.
