I have a Memo Pad ME172V that randomly just shuts down, and the only message i get is a low battery message, altough it says it has 40+ % battery left. And after i start it up again it still shows it has 40+ % battery left.
This device is completely new just two weeks old and i have tried resetting to factory defaults, clearing cache and stopping every process i can, but it continues to shut down randomly.
There might be an issue with the battery or the connections at the battery. Since it is still so new, I would recommend bringing it back to the point of purchase for an exchange. This type of issue is covered under your factory warranty, but considering its age, I would try to return before sending it in for servicing.
