Asus Taichi 21 keyboard backlight does not work after windows 10 upgrade

The keyboard back light on my Asus Taichi 21 does not work after I upgraded to windows 10. Only the F2 and Capslock keys indicator lights up. Does anyone have a fix to this?

Have you tried updating the keyboard driver? Also, have you gone and make sure that the update didn't turn the feature off so that you must just turn it back on?

Yes the keyboard has been updated with the latest driver but I'm not sure how to check if the feature is turned off or not. Do you know how I could check that ?

I am confused, is it the whole keyboard that isn't lighting up or just the indicator key?

The whole keyboard doesn't light up.

Try doing the driver update the following way... and see if it works...

1. Go into "Control Panel" and then "Device Manager".
2. Open the "Keyboard" section and right click on your keyboard and click "Update Driver Software".
3. On this next screen choose the option to browse your computer for the driver and then click the option to let you pick from a list.
4. Now choose the option/driver for a "Standard Keyboard".
5. Now reboot the computer and see if the problem is resolved.
