ATSC tuner that can be controlled by CEC

Looking to cut the cord.

We did a project recently and moved the cable boxes to the basement. We have multiple sets of Cat6 wires, 2-pairs speaker wires, and HDMI cables from basement to the TV. No coax, however, from basement to TV.

I cannot seem to find a way to deliver OTA TV via any of the medium I have.

Therefore, does anyone know of an ATSC tuner that can output via hdmi and be controlled (on/off, channel up/down, and jump to channel) via CEC so that we can use the TV's remote in front of the TV to control the atsc tuner in the basement?

The HDMI cables do work. Not interested in IR extenders.

CEC rarely works well even with mainstream brands.
A Nextgen RF adapter can be placed inside the remote.

Another option is to use an HDMI to cat6 converter that also carries the IR signal over the cat6.

I have CEC working very nicely in two applications: a Samsung TV to a Yamaha receiver and a Panasonic TV to a Samsung Bluray player.

Really looking for the same thing with an ATSC tuner.
