Dvi hdmi rca vga - would this be digital tv

Looking at a 12 month old tv. It is Kogan 32" HD LCD TV, details are DVI HDMI RCA VGA, built in HD Tuner HDMI 16:9 1080 Resolution. I would like to know if this would be a digital TV. Thanking you.

Yes, it should be a digital TV. If you look at the specifications for that model, it should list the tuner as "ATSC" (accepts digital signals).
