pardon me because i don't know where to post this one. i have a question. which of these two speakers give out the highest watts of power?

Power consumption or power output?

If you mean power output then just look at their spec here:

The creative are higher power, but that really isn't what matters. Sound volume is a combination of the power and the speaker's efficiency. Honestly, though, both will go louder than you are likely to ever need, so I wouldn't worry too much about power figures.
