HDMI and red white yellow cable

I have purchased Pioneer Blue ray player which has HDMI cable connection but I have ordinary TV with red white yellow cable connection. Tell me How can I play movie on Pioneer Blue ray player and watch movie on my TV

It will convert the HDMI to composite. You will only be watching 480i video.
