how do i move files from sd card to my tablet

My SD card in my tablet has books I want access. I am unable to transfer whats on the card to anywhere, can you offer help

The straightest way to do this is to connect the tablet to a computer, via USB cord. Create a folder on the computer and move the files from the SD card over to the folder on the computer.

Once that is done, still connected via USB cord, you can then copy the files over to the tablet itself.

However, depending on the type of books (files) if the tablet can read them or not is a whole other story.
