How to remove "Disable Developer Mode Extensions"

Alright, so recently I installed an extension not from the Chrome We Store. I know EXACTLY which extension it was and it wasn't malware. However, Google decides to give me a popup saying "Disable Developer Mode Extensions", and it pops up every time I start up Chrome.

Is there any way to PERMANENTLY disable this popup? It's really annoying, and the extension is just a shortcut to a website I like. I've read online that you can add some kind of script to the browser, however I'm not a power user (or even a developer) and I'm using regular Chrome.

I don't understand what your saying. I only downloaded an extension from my computer, and I started getting this.

"Disable Developer Mode Extensions" pop up appears only when you are using Chrome and I hope I'm right in this part.

Your chrome browser has issues and that's why you see the pop up. Uninstall this version of browser and install any older version which is not meant for DEV. Maybe this could solve the issue.
