Hello guys.
Lately my laptop (PC Notebook HP ENVY dv6-7280sp ) takes a lot of time when booting but yesterday something happened.
On the task bar on the right side(dont know the name) there are less programs then before.
On startup some programs dont start like avg for example.
My sound icon has a red cross and audio doesn't work even with headset.

Im thinking on doing factory reset or system restore or something along those lines but i dont know if that will solve the problem, i am running avg right now to see if someething is wrong but i bet it will not show anything.(update soon) (i might install other antivirus)

UPDATE
I researched a little more and it was avg fault, i restored all the removed files(the last one) and it works like a charm BUT theres still slow startup, let me explain.
So basically i click on the power button and the first thing you see is the HP icon and the spining wheel, so far so good, then instead of going to the password screen it goes black and stays like that for a while(30 secs or more) and then it shows the "wait a moment"(i have in portuguese "espere um pouco") with the spinning wheel and 3 seconds after the normal password screen. From there is really normal i think.
