Laptop for general college usage

Ok, so i want a budget college laptop that is capable of: Video streaming e.g. Twitch, Youtube, Netflix. And also general web browsing, i dont care about gaming what so ever. I would also like to be able to use photoshop on teh machine if possible but if not i can just use my desktop at home for that. Its mainly for watching netflix in bed and doing my assignments for college and not being stuck at this desktop.
I want this as cheap as possible but if i have to i will save a bit more money in order to satisfy my needs. Im also willing to buy second hand if i have to.

Try either hp, dell or lenovo. Lenovo and dell give discounts to students. For lenovo, go for the thinkpad series. They are very robust in build quality. For dell go with the insperon range.

Have you considered a netbook? You won't be able to use PS but, to be honest, It whatever laptop you buy on a low budget, PS is going to be unbearably slow.

Don't choose a netbook, they are terrible for watching videos as they have terrable screens.
