Solved! LCD TV Issues

I was minding my business watching my tv (Sharp Aquos) when this happened. Any ideas why? Do you think it can be repaired or does the screen need to be replaced (ie: buy a new TV)?

It may be a bad panel or a bad t-con board. Call Sharp ASAP - some models have a warranty extension for bad panels.
