Lenovo G500s does not Work without being Plugged In

I am using lenovo g500s without plugin my laptop does not work. Now I am forced to sue my laptop like a pc. If i remove my plugin it shuts off in the next second.

It seems like the battery is the problem because it's not holding charge that should power the laptop.
- Do try to remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Put everything back together then test it again.
- If it doesn't work unfortunately you'll need to replace the battery itself.
