My cable box and ps4 are plugged into HDMI input and its detecting and saying no signal

I'm pushing input and selecting HDMI 2 (where the cable box is connected ) and it's not detecting it. Same thing for my ps4 and HDMI 3

On what? A TV? A monitor? A piece of cheese? What model?

And why did you post in digital camera forum.

I didn't try to post to that , I thought I clicked on "tv". It's on my hdtv by the brand name "w"
