My laptop power adapter broke. Please help!

So my dog somehow got his teeth on my laptop power adapter and bite it in half. I could solther it back together but i have a question.
Can i sother it back without the blue part(see in image):

The red part is with so many holes as cheese but the green part is OK.
Please help my laptop is slowly dying.

no I do not think you can maybe just go and buy a new one it brings the voltage down to the right voltage for the laptop

@RARRAF I don think so. Its not a power brick. Power brick is before the part where it got bit in half.

well if you know its not important plug it in and see what happens

Its ferrite bead. It supresses high electrical noise. Adapter can work without it but i should find and buy one.
