Long story short, I got a new panel to replace my laptop's current one. Same brand and everything.
When I turn the computer On the screen starts normally, shows the MSI logo but as soon as it boots to windows the screen just goes black.
Did a fresh drivers install with DDU on safe mode (the screen actually works on safe mode) but as soon as I start installing the nvidia driver the display just goes black again.

I've done the steps above about 3 or 4 times already. Display is correctly connected otherwise it would show no image on boot and safe mode.

If anyone knows how to fix this, if possible, i would appreciate it.

Steps I've tried:
DDU many times,
Disable and remove display driver,
Change resolutions and refresh rate (just in case),
And some other small tricks which have been proven ineffective.

MSI GT75
NVIDIA Gforce RTX 2080
Windows 10

Solution
Which exact driver did you install and from which site (link)?

Try an external monitor

check the panel´s connection again, it might work in a basic way but could be problematic after installing the GPU driver

The display might be faulty
