Razer Mamba Configurator doesn't recognize mouse.

I have updated the firmware on both the mouse and the base, but when I launch the configuration software, it says that the mouse is not connected, then it closes. Does anyone else have this problem or does someone have a solution?

Try Razer support. Did this work before you updated the firmware? Did you try it on another computer?
