Let's call "baseband" by the name "composite", since that's what it is.
And by "TV", I assume you mean "RF" modulated (as in "over the air") signals.
Resolution of RF, composite, and C-Band analog will all be equivalent, at best.
RF usually adds a bit of noise to composite, but it depends upon reception.
VHS is lesser quality than composite (or much worse for longer play modes).
S-VHS (implying S-video connection) is better than composite. If you use
a composite connection, then the quality will be the same as composite.
DVD (assuming S-video or component connection) is even better. Again, if
you use a composite connection, then the quality will be that of composite.
4DTV is variable, and could equal DVD assuming a high enough bit rate is
being transmitted. Of course, 4DTV can even be HDTV. With a low bit rate
signal, it could be worse than VHS. (Again, don't forget the connection.)
DVB is in the same bucket as 4DTV. Generally, those signals intended for
rebroadcast will be higher bitrate (higher quality) than those intended for
direct customer viewing.
