Ok so i am on a low buget and i want a pc, my birthday is coming up and i already have some money so in august i will have enough to make this an i have a question... Should i make this computor...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Npx2ugLFDIo
It has a ASUS H81M-A: http://goo.gl/iRxonp motherboard
Crucial Sport 8GB Ram: http://goo.gl/hchBer but ill probably get one 8gb stick so i can upgrade in the future
Seagate 1TB Hard Drive: http://goo.gl/DEqex8 but since i have a portable Hard drive i might get a Smaller ssd for a similar price and install windows on that
Zotac GeForce GTX 750 Ti: http://goo.gl/v9pqxR Its meant to be a great graphics card
EVGA 500W Power Supply: http://goo.gl/qnIs0o
Rosewill FBM-01 Case: http://goo.gl/iXcsug
Now... here comes a question, i dont like the processor (its a Intel G3258 CPU) as a two core processor isnt very useful on some CPU demanding games like witcher 3... the games i want to play lol so instead i was thinking of the
AMD FX6300 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-FX6300-4-1GHz-Socket-Retail/dp/B009O7YORK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1462291231&sr=8-1&keywords=amd+fx+6300
But i dont understand all AM3 business with the proccesor socket... Will this fit wuth the motherboard? And is it a good bang for your buck long lasting processor because intel i5 costs alot for just a dual core... Will the AMD FX6300 fit?? And is it compatible with the motherboard and is it the best processor
So yeah... will that proccesor work with the motherboard... i really hope so thanks!!!
Also is the power supply enough to run this procesor as it demands power! And will it have any left for the possiblity of overclocking thanks!

Solution
The basis to building a pc 90% of the time is the same, so you'll be fine. As long as you follow along with the instructions and don't build it on a carpet, you'll be alright. And yes, the extra 2gb for all of 20 is definitely worth it. I'm maxing my GPU after the 2gb VRam spot in some games, so getting the extra 2 would be good just in case.

Yes the motherboard will fit, that's the beauty of PCPartPicker, immediately tells you if you goofed in your part compatibility.

it had a intergrated graphics card in the chip but i dont think its nessecary as he used a gtx 750ti anyway :D And if the processor wont fit is their a similar priced motherboard that has all the same slots and will fit? Also since im on buget im willing to buy used stuff on ebay anything i could get a great used deal for?

Significantly better than what you're looking at for not much more price.

Socket is how the CPU fits into the motherboard, the h81 is an Intel board, not AMD, and does not support AM3+ as the fx6300 needs.

i5 is not a dual core, it is a true quad core without hyperthreading. It has 4 cores/4 threads. i3 is the dual core with hyperthreading, 2 cores/4 threads and actually performs very well for entry level budget gaming builds. You will likely need to limit how you play it, it's not always going to be omg 60 fps, but you will be able to play a lot of games very well on this CPU.

As for the power--the build actually doesn't require all that much, so I knocked the PSU down a bit. It is not a good quality PSU as you are on a budget, but it will get the job done, with roughly 100W left over.

As much as I love my FX 6100, the FX 6300 is EOL, the only upgrade left for you is the FX 8350. After that, you're screwed. With an 1151 socket, you have the options of Skylake i3/i5/i7 and Kaby lake i3/i5/i7 when they release, as they will be on the same socket. The 6300 is by no means the best processor, as it also gets outdone by newer gen i3s, or at least the i3s can stand with them. Forget which one it is, but the 6300 is now essentially pointless to get.

Edit: Use this tool <---- it's called the edit tool. Don't make 4 posts just to introduce your thread.

If your sure this will perform better
There is a problem though... i have never built a computor and i want to follow a guide/ video to show me how to do it... Will it have a different bios to install windows and will it be very similar to make so i can basically follow the build video? Thanks!!!
EDIT: OK so i might use this 500w power supply because it costs less than £2 more in the uk amazon I am buying all the parts from ebay or amazon
Also ill use a single stick of ddr4 for a tad less so i can upgrade to 16gb in the future if its needed! Thanks -https://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-Memory-Module-Skylake-Compatible/dp/B00TY6A56U/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1462293625&sr=1-4&keywords=kingston+hyperx+fury+8gb
Is the cpu cooler much better than the stock because a little bit of heat cant be too bad... :D
And is this motherboard the right one?https://www.amazon.co.uk/H110M-DGS-ASRock-H110-DualDDR4-2133-SATA3/dp/B01B5UYB9Y/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1462293880&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=+ASRock+H110M-DGS+Micro+ATX+LGA1151+Motherboard

Are you going to use an install disk, or do you have a current version of windows that you can make a windows 10 bootable ISO from? Cause if you can use a USB stick to do it, it'll be easier. But either using a CD or USB will work just fine.

It will perform better, or on par with the 6300. But, as said above, the 6300 is EOL. There's nowhere to go with that CPU. You want to upgrade? Great, upgrade your: CPU, Motherboard, RAM please. Whereas: Get an i3 or a skylake pentium and upgrade? Upgrade your: CPU.

If you want that PSU go for it, neither are of very good quality, so it probably won't make much difference.

That motherboard will also fit in the case and ill be able to follow the same guide video and understand it? Thank you so much!

That is gonna be an issue with your monitor, not with the motherboard or GFX card. You'll have the monitor hooked up to your graphics card, but neither a 750TI nor an r7 370 has a VGA port on it. So, I would recommend buying an LED/LCD refurbished monitor for $50-75.

Your monitor plugs are for your iGPU off of your i3. Intel HD graphics are far below the 750 ti, do not hook up your monitor to that. How did you manage to get a brand new monitor that only has VGA on it? I mean, kudos to you, but are you sure there's no DVI or HDMI port on it?

It won't work just as well, but it will work. HDMI and DVI are much better picture quality than VGA is, but if you get a working converter, yes it will work. I believe there are a few that you could find on amazon.
